Prices
All prices, fees, and costs are determined based on the apartment-specific price lists available on our website at the time of booking. Rates are calculated per night, per apartment, and vary depending on the number of guests. The price includes the rental of the apartment, one parking space, and utility costs for hot water, electricity, and waste disposal. Bed linen and towels are provided for the duration of the stay. A final cleaning fee of €30 applies. Weekly cleaning is available upon request. Each apartment is fully equipped and offers the amenities listed on its respective page.
Booking Details
To complete a booking, guests are required to provide their full name, email address, and the total number of occupants. The apartment may only be used by the number of guests indicated at the time of booking. Any visitors must be registered with the host. In accordance with Croatian law (Federal Registration Act), we are obligated to collect guest details. Some data may be statistically processed and forwarded in anonymized form to the municipality of the national statistics office via e-visitor.hr, as required by law.
If additional, unregistered guests are found to be staying, the host reserves the right to request that all guests vacate the apartment immediately without refund.
Booking Confirmation and Deposit
Once your booking is finalized, a confirmation email with all details will be sent. A deposit of 20% of the total amount is required to secure the reservation. This deposit must be paid via bank transfer within 14 days. The remaining balance is to be paid either 14 days prior to arrival or upon arrival by prior agreement.
Cancellation
You may cancel free of charge up to 30 days before your scheduled arrival. For cancellations made after this period or in the event of a no-show, the deposit will not be refunded.
Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Departures after this time may result in an extra night being charged. Guests must present valid travel documents (ID card or passport) upon arrival.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
House Rules and Liability
Guests are expected to act responsibly and respectfully during their stay. The apartment should be left in the same condition as it was upon arrival. Any damage must be reported to the host immediately. The host reserves the right to charge for any damages or losses caused to the property or its contents. Consideration must be shown toward other guests and neighbors at all times. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may lead to immediate eviction without compensation.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments. Smoking is only allowed on balconies or terraces.
Wi-Fi is provided free of charge, but must be used in accordance with the law. Illegal online activities (e.g. unauthorized downloads or viewing of prohibited content) will be reported to authorities. Guests are solely responsible for any misuse of the internet connection.
